When I was young I thought US meant us like you, him and I. I quickly figured out that means United States of America. The latter plays a significant role into the whole economy although right now US are not only the one (Appendix 2). Everyone might feel a bit American because US globally control the worldwide power*. Generally speaking, we are all American without being American. Furthermore, I blithely realized a strategic point regarding the nature of the arguments explained into the American Government. Some countries use a deductive approach in comparison with the US that implemented its own Constitution according to an inductive approach. At first blush, I was a bit disappointed about the US drew out an inductive method in order to write down its Constitution. I thought that was pointless because we have no idea concerning the general case. I was looking the theory so as to study afterwards the examples to pinpoint the nature of the topic. Thereby, I found out a new way to understand the blueprint of the idea and by the way I realized that was another view to analyze a topic. I was extremely stunned to see that working upside-down, to start off by the example and to finish up by the main apologia. All the amendments are written under the same scheme an argument vs. another argument. This is why we can analyze the pro and the con in other words the good vs. the evil, that turns out to be a Manicheans’ script. Then, we deeply know that Americans believe in God and stamp out evil. They laid down two principles: God and Matter. God is called good, and matter is affirmed to be evil. But God excelled more in good than matter in evil. At last, I figured out one last thing that interpolates me regarding the fiduciary money. Have a look on the different American bills of $1, $10, $20 or $50, above those bills is mentioned ‘The Unites States of America’ and just below ‘In God We Trust’**. Have you ever noticed that upon the European bills?
US vs. Russia
Which country do you think is the most corrupted one?
To begin with, we can consider Russia as the most corrupted one as everyone knows. Indeed, Russia is highly corrupted for certain things but this is not the only one. We know that Russia is impinging on Georgia silently, in other word they are pursuing a silent war but nobody knows about that. This is the reversed medal of Medias; they don’t show you up the exact things…
But we all know that Russia is increasingly becoming ‘Mensheviks’ than ‘Bolsheviks’ as long as they could not make it as before, highly based on a ‘step by step’ process rather than a ‘revolution’. Then, they are grabbing grounds silently in Georgia (first step) afterwards that will perhaps be Ukraine (second step). Where will be the third step? Poland, France… Are we entering into a second Cold War since ‘sputnik’ was triggered?
Think about it…
Aside: That reminds me the small famous Russian figure Trotsky. He propounded the doctrine of 'permanent revolution,' which implied that revolution in one country must be followed by revolutions in other countries, eventually throughout the world. In 1903 the Social Democrats split. While Lenin assumed leadership of the Bolshevik faction, Trotsky became a Menshevik and developed his theory of 'permanent revolution'. After the outbreak of revolution in Petrograd in February 1917, he made his way back to Russia. Despite previous disagreements with Lenin, Trotsky joined the Bolsheviks and played a decisive role in the communist take-over of power the same year.
The dictatorship of the Communist Party is maintained by recourse to every form of violence." (From Terrorism and Communism, 1924)
Thereby, Bush administration went through Iraq by finding different reasons to trap the head of the country, the outcome: he just pursued and succeeded what his father did fifteen years before. Bush dynasty built up different subterfuges to make an intensive war even if that was a fallacious one in order to monopolize the economic wealth of Halliburton and other firms. I don’t want to piss away my time to explain that in slightest details as long as everyone knows the truth. We all know that the first Bushes’ drawback was the prevalence of an international policy rather than looking after these American workers. (http://www.oilempire.us/bush.html)
I am just wondering about Mr. Obama’s policy how he would find a way to make a chunk of money to pull the world out of the crisis. Is he likely to make war to different countries such as Iran or North Korea to follow the Bushes’ administration or he will find out a new capitalism framework? I stay a bit skeptical about the new administration because people think we are saved from the crisis as long as we merely switch of presidency, but we need to see the “change”. I like the new figures such as the ancestor Joe Biden, the intellectual Larry Summers or the pragmatic Tim Geithner. Right now, I would like to get the upshots. I talk about the AIG scandal, I am wondering how people can be awarded by making shit. If you don’t have any positive results, it is useless to gain bonuses on it. Our society lay down upon a meritocratic symbol, then how we are simple-minded to believe that a handful of inert managers can easily share $165 million whereas the American government lavishly offered them $70 billion. Besides, don’t forget we saved AIG and we buried Lehman Brothers since the government could not save both, here draws out a pecuniary compassion from US. That was a strategic choice; we are in a full divergent crisis where we need to keep the money running… AIG was the solution, so now they just split an award of million boxes. Are they kidding?? Even though a written jurisdiction about awards was implied, stick off the ideology and be pragmatic what we need is a revamp of AIG. They have to reinvest the government gift to impede the different errors as they committed before. They got an opportunity from the government to readjust their system of debt, take advantage of it because other firms did not have the same money present. “The total value of the new plan, about $150 billion, represents the largest government support package extended to a private company in U.S. history.”
‘This has the potential to become the biggest boondoggle in the history of planet earth. The American Public is paying off credit default swaps that should have been defaulted on under bankruptcy protection. This company no longer deserves to exist, and if the People do not stand up and make this demand, our great grandchildren will be left with the legacy that we turned the U.S. into a third world nation in the interests of private corporations. AIG will file bankruptcy sooner or later, and the billions of dollar loss will go into your history book.’
AIG is unfortunately not impervious.
First of all, Mr. Obama has to mind the ‘change’ by condemning the whim of AIG; he needs to show up who is the head of America by prompting a new American face. This is the first time people were yelling for the arrival of a new President, then prove people you can turn the world and what you say is not only lyrics but actions. You, Mr. President transmit a new passion, a new belief, a new hope, and a new color. Shift what is unchangeable, make what is unfeasible, and succeed where people failed. The entrance of the ‘Man in Black’ into the ‘White House’ proves up things are in progress, keep on this progress towards the future, make it change slowly, but make it change… ‘Every time you repeat a task, make progress on automating it. It does not have to be big. It just has to be progress.’(Timothy Fitz)

When politics become a ‘family affair’…
The correlation of the underlying government policies.
Vladimir Putin is the heart of this case; he promotes what we call ‘the network’. This latter takes shape with a higher scope and people are more and conscious about that. ‘Networking’ draws out how you can ‘grab grounds’ by linking different people. When this phenomena become a kind of ‘nepotism’.
- The PM (Prime Minister) is the defense minister’s father in law.
- The energy minister is the health minister’s husband.
- The justice minister’s son is married to the deputy Kremlin chief of staff daughter.
On the other hand, US have been considered as the most ‘democratic country in the world’, let me scope out… (Read a History of the American People, Paul Johnson)
The President Georges W Bush’s first administration:
- Michael Powell the son of secretary of state Collin Powell became chairman of the Federal Communication Commission.
- Elaine Chao the wife of Senator Mitch Mc Connell was named secretary of labor.
- The daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney became deputy assistant secretary of state.
To sum up the waning days of Bush’s presidency, I let you sample an extract of “Never too late for some finals acts of venality” written by Graydon Carter.
‘The Bush administration has done everything it could turn the nation’s public land and water over to the exploitative, polluting interests that helped put it in power. On that first day, in January 2001, the president instructed his chief of staff, Andy Card, to send directives to all executives to all the executives departments with authority over environmental issues, ordering them to put on hold more than a dozen new regulations left over from the Clinton administration. The regulations he and his vice president, Dick Cheney, wanted scrapped included everything from those that lowered acceptable arsenic levels in drinking water to new standards that would reduce releases of raw sewage. Bush and Cheney also set about eliminating rules that limited logging, drilling, and mining on public lands, and others that would increase energy-efficiency standards. Additionally, the administration wanted to repeal the ban on snowmobiles in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Bush’s track record as governor of Texas should have prepared us for his assault on the environment. When he left office in Austin, his home state topped the nation in manufacturing-plant emissions of toxic and ozone-causing chemicals, in discharge of carcinogens, in release of airborne toxins, and in production of cancer-causing benzene and vinyl chloride. Texas was also the No.1 state when it came to violations of clean-water discharge standards and the release of toxic waste into underground wells. By the time Bush left the governor’s office, Houston had passed Los Angeles as the American city with the worst air quality. And a third of Texas’s rivers were so polluted they were unfit for recreational use.’
So, here we are in a making money government, both examples (Russia-US) work on attempting to find a way to sprawling endorse and economically grow US and Russian companies.
Russia is another example because it erects such as a state-owned company business.
Indeed, men who saw themselves as the Carnegies or Rockefellers of Russia known as oligarchs. The structure of the Russian economy, based on monopolies and close ties between the authorities and oligarchic groups, is the main reason for the profound financial-economic crisis in Russia. Monopoly and corruption are the main reasons for high prices and the low quality of production.
Networking is the ‘ameliorative’ word, here networking is considered as euphemism to denounce a way of ‘nepotism’. The latter is the practice of appointing relatives in one’s organization or in connected structures.
